Oyun sürümünü, telefon modelini ve sorunu hangi ekranda yaşadığını belirt. Oyuncu adını yalnız hesabınla ilgili bir talep için ekle. Ekran görüntüsündeki gereksiz kişisel bilgileri gizle. Parola, oturum anahtarı, ödeme kartı veya gereksiz kimlik belgesi gönderme.
Uygunsuz kullanıcı adı
Sıralamada oyuncunun yanındaki üç nokta → Kullanıcı adını bildir yolunu izle ve nedeni seç. Aynı menüde oyuncuyu engelleyebilirsin. Gizlilik ve destek → Topluluk ve güvenlik → Şikâyetlerim bölümünde inceleme durumunu görürsün. Acil güvenlik bildirimlerini e-postada açıkça belirt.

Describe the issue
Include the game version, phone model and the screen where the issue occurred. Add a player nickname only for an account-related request. Hide unnecessary personal details in screenshots. Never send passwords, session tokens, payment cards or unnecessary identity documents.
Inappropriate username
On rankings, select the three dots beside a player → Report username, and choose a reason. The same menu lets you block the player. Privacy and support → Community and safety → My reports shows review status. Clearly mark urgent safety concerns in your email.
