Oyunun içinden silme
ZigBot’u aç ve ana sayfadan Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve destek → Profil ve verileri sil yolunu izle. Aynı seçeneğe ana sayfanın sol üstündeki profil kartını açarak da ulaşabilirsin. Son onaydan önce hangi ilerlemenin silineceği gösterilir. Sunucu hesabın varsa bağlantı gerekir; işlem tamamlanmadan yerel oturumun kaldırılmaz. İşlem tamamlandığında profil, altın, en iyi mesafe, karakter sahipliği ve ilgili koşu kayıtları ile cihazdaki yaş grubu silinir. Dil ve ses tercihleri korunur.
Uygulamaya giremiyorsan
info@lunamensis.com adresine “ZigBot veri silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderebilirsin. Oyuncu takma adını ve yerel oyun mu yoksa sunucu bağlantısı mı kullandığını belirtmen talebi anlamamıza yardımcı olur. Hesap sahipliğini doğrulamamız gerekebilir. Şifre, oturum anahtarı, ödeme kartı veya gereksiz kimlik belgesi gönderme. Bu sayfa bir silme isteğini kendiliğinden göndermez.
Yalnız cihazda bulunan veriler
Çevrimdışı profilinin kopyası sunucumuzda bulunmadığı için bu profili e-posta üzerinden uzaktan silemeyiz. Oyun içindeki silme seçeneğini veya cihazındaki uygulama verilerini silme seçeneğini kullanabilirsin. Expo Go ile test ediyorsan Expo Go verilerini silmek diğer test projelerinin verilerini de etkileyebilir; önce ZigBot içindeki silme seçeneğini tercih et.
Silmenin kapsamı
Profil, oyun ilerlemesi ve tek güncel rekor hesap silinene kadar tutulur; yeni rekor eskisinin yerini alır. Tamamlanan koşu doğrulama kaydı hemen silinir. Yarım kalan aktif koşu en fazla 3 saat + 10 dakikalık temizlik aralığı tutulur. Tekrar gönderimle ikinci ödül alınmasını engelleyen, skor içermeyen makbuz en fazla 10 dakika + temizlik aralığı veya sonraki koşuya kadar tutulur. Sonuçlanmış şikâyetler ve yönetim işlem kayıtları 30 gün + temizlik aralığında silinir; açık şikâyetler inceleme tamamlanana veya ilgili hesap silinene kadar tutulur. İstek sınırı kayıtları en fazla 1 gün + temizlik aralığı tutulur. Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve destek → Profil ve verileri sil, ZigBot profilini, rekorunu, robotlarını, koşu/ödül kayıtlarını, engelleme ve ilişkili şikâyetlerini sunucudan siler. Başka bir uygulama veya yönetim rolü kullanmayan hesapların Supabase kimliği, oturumları ve yenileme anahtarları da silinir. Gerçekten ortak kullanılan kimlikte yalnız ZigBot verileri ve mevcut oturum kaldırılır; diğer uygulamaların verileri korunur. Başarılı işlemden sonra cihazdaki ilgili profil, oturum, parkur ve yaş grubu silinir; dil ve ses tercihleri kalır. Silme başarısızsa yerel oturum korunur. Ayrı çevrimdışı/test profilin etkilenmez. Sağlayıcıların güvenlik günlükleri ve varsa yedek kopyaları kendi sınırlı saklama döngülerinde sona erer; aktif oyunda kullanılmaz.

Delete from the game
Open ZigBot and, from the home screen, go to Settings → Privacy and support → Delete profile and data. You can also find the same option by opening the profile card at the top left of the home screen. The game explains which progress will be removed before the final confirmation. A server account requires a connection; your local session is not removed before server deletion succeeds. When completed, the profile, coins, best distance, character ownership, associated run records and locally saved age group are deleted. Language and sound preferences are kept.
If you cannot open the app
Email info@lunamensis.com with the subject “ZigBot data deletion request”. Your player nickname and whether you used local play or a server connection help us understand your request. We may need to verify account ownership. Never send passwords, session tokens, payment-card information or unnecessary identity documents. This page does not submit a deletion request automatically.
Data stored only on your device
We do not have a server copy of your offline profile, so we cannot erase it remotely by email. Use the in-game deletion option or your device’s app-data removal option. If testing with Expo Go, deleting Expo Go data may also affect other test projects; prefer the deletion option inside ZigBot first.
What deletion covers
Profile, progress and one current record remain until account deletion; a new record replaces the old one. Completed run verification records are deleted immediately. Abandoned active runs remain for at most 3 hours plus the 10-minute cleanup interval. A score-free receipt prevents duplicate rewards and remains for at most 10 minutes plus the cleanup interval, or until the next run. Resolved reports and moderation action records are deleted after 30 days plus the cleanup interval; open reports remain until resolved or an associated account is deleted. Request-limit records remain for at most 1 day plus cleanup. Settings → Privacy and support → Delete profile and data removes your ZigBot profile, record, robots, runs/rewards, blocks and associated reports from the server. For accounts unused by another app or administration role, the Supabase identity, sessions and refresh credentials are also deleted. For an identity actually shared with another app, only ZigBot data and the current session are removed; other apps’ data is preserved. After success, the corresponding profile, session, course and age group are removed from this device; language and sound preferences remain. On failure your local session is retained. Separate offline/test profiles are unaffected. Provider security logs and any backup copies expire under their limited retention cycles and are not used for active gameplay.
