1. Scope and controller
This policy covers Papergami, its test versions and Papergami support. The controller is LUNA MENSİS GİYİM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Send privacy requests to info@lunamensis.com. Other Luna Mensis games have their own policies.

2. Game information stored on your device
Level progress, earned leaves, an unfinished game, tutorial and hint state, and language, sound, vibration and animation preferences are stored on your device. The web version uses browser site storage. These saves are not uploaded to a player server operated by us. There is no player account or cloud-save service operated by us.
The mobile game optionally asks for an age group and a separate advertising choice. It does not ask for a date of birth, name or identity document. The choice, ad frequency counter and purchase entitlement may be stored on the device.
Advertising and privacy choices
This policy also covers the ad-supported mobile edition. The first five levels are ad-free. No ad requests are made for players who indicate they are under 18, leave their age unknown, or do not opt in to advertising data use. Adult ad requests are non-personalized and limited to general-audience content. You can withdraw your choice in Settings and open the provider’s privacy options where available.
When advertising is available, Google AdMob and its consent service may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, diagnostics and ad interactions to determine applicable choices, deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. The game does not attach level progress to ad requests. Native test ads can also contact Google. The web and Expo Go previews do not use this advertising service. How Google uses information.
Purchases and restoration
Remove Ads is a one-time digital purchase managed by your store. Apple or Google handles payment and refunds. The game processes product and transaction information to verify and restore access; it does not receive your card number. Deleting local game data does not erase the store’s transaction history. Contact the store where you purchased for purchase records and refund requests.
3. The app, test versions and network services
- Store app: Levels and artwork are included in the app. Playing does not require a connection to a player server. Expo over-the-air game updates are disabled in the production configuration prepared for store distribution; app updates are distributed through the stores. Apple and Google store, operating-system, backup and diagnostic services are governed by their settings and privacy policies.
- Expo Go and test versions: Downloading, opening or updating a test may make requests to Expo services. Expo may process technical information such as IP address, device/operating system, app/runtime version, installation/update and error information as part of its services. This is separate from the locally stored game save. See Expo’s Privacy Policy.
- Website: The web game and these pages are loaded from a server. Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to deliver and secure pages. We do not add advertising, analytics cookies or third-party tracking tools to Papergami pages.
How information is handled
On a phone, progress and preferences stay in storage allocated to Papergami by the operating system. The game opens our support and privacy pages over HTTPS. Choosing to email support opens your email app. Review the message and any attachments before sending. Papergami does not attach your save to that message.
4. When you contact support
We use your email address, message and any device information or screenshots you choose to send to answer your request. Remove unnecessary personal information from screenshots and do not send passwords or verification codes. Email, hosting and network providers may process the information needed to deliver support and technical services; this may include processing internationally.
5. Retention, deletion and your rights
Local game saves remain until you clear app data or delete the app. On Android, clear app data; on iOS, delete the app rather than only offloading it. For the web version, clear browser site data. These actions also erase progress. If operating-system backups are enabled, manage them separately through device backup settings.
Support correspondence is kept as necessary to handle your request and meet applicable legal duties. Technical providers’ logs follow their own policies. Send requests for information, access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights regarding information shared through support to info@lunamensis.com. Requests are assessed under Türkiye’s KVKK and other applicable data-protection rules. If a legal duty limits deletion, we explain the reason.
6. Children and changes
No ad requests are made for children. Please contact us if you believe a child sent unnecessary personal information through support.
