Papergami Gizlilik Politikası

1. Kapsam ve veri sorumlusu

Bu politika Papergami oyunu, bu oyunun test sürümleri ve Papergami destek hizmeti içindir. Veri sorumlusu LUNA MENSİS GİYİM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ’dir. Gizlilik talepleri için info@lunamensis.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Diğer Luna Mensis oyunlarının kendi politikaları geçerlidir.

2. Cihazda tutulan oyun verileri

Bölüm ilerlemesi, kazanılan yapraklar, yarım kalan oyun, öğretici ve ipucu durumu ile dil, ses, titreşim ve animasyon tercihleri cihazınızda saklanır. Web sürümünde bunlar tarayıcının site alanında tutulur. Bu kayıtlar şirketimize ait bir oyuncu sunucusuna yüklenmez; oyuncu hesabı veya şirketimize ait bulut kayıt hizmeti yoktur.

Bu sürümde reklam, uygulama içi satın alma, abonelik, üçüncü taraf analiz veya reklam takibi SDK’sı bulunmaz. Oyuncudan ad, doğum tarihi veya iletişim bilgisi istenmez. Oyun kamera, mikrofon, rehber, fotoğraf arşivi ya da konum izni gerektirmez.

3. Uygulama, test sürümleri ve ağ hizmetleri

Mağaza uygulaması: Oyun bölümleri ve görseller uygulamayla birlikte gelir. Oynamak için oyuncu sunucusuna bağlantı gerekmez. Mağaza için hazırlanan üretim yapılandırmasında Expo üzerinden kablosuz oyun güncellemesi kapalıdır; uygulama güncellemeleri mağaza üzerinden dağıtılır. Apple ve Google’ın mağaza, işletim sistemi, yedekleme ve tanılama hizmetleri kendi ayarlarına ve gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
Expo Go ve test sürümleri: Test sürümünü indirmek, açmak veya güncellemek Expo hizmetlerine ağ isteği oluşturabilir. Expo; IP adresi, cihaz/işletim sistemi, uygulama ve çalışma ortamı sürümü, kurulum/güncelleme ve hata bilgileri gibi teknik verileri kendi hizmetleri kapsamında işleyebilir. Web sitesi: Web sürümü ve bu sayfalar sunucudan yüklenir. Barındırma ve ağ sağlayıcıları sayfaları sunmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak için IP adresi ve erişim günlükleri gibi teknik bilgiler işleyebilir. Papergami sayfalarına reklam, analiz çerezi veya üçüncü taraf takip aracı eklemiyoruz.

4. Destek için bize yazdığınızda

E-posta adresinizi, mesajınızı ve kendi isteğinizle eklediğiniz cihaz bilgileri veya ekran görüntülerini talebinizi yanıtlamak için kullanırız. Gereksiz kişisel bilgileri ekran görüntülerinden çıkarın; şifre veya doğrulama kodu göndermeyin. Destek ve teknik hizmetlerin sağlanması için e-posta, barındırma ve ağ sağlayıcıları gerekli verileri işleyebilir; bu hizmetler yurt dışında işleme içerebilir.

5. Saklama, silme ve haklarınız

Yerel oyun kaydı siz uygulama verilerini temizleyene veya uygulamayı silene kadar kalır. Android’de uygulama verilerini temizleyebilir; iOS’ta yalnızca uygulamayı boşaltmak yerine uygulamayı silebilirsiniz. Web sürümü için tarayıcıdaki site verilerini temizleyin. Bu işlemler ilerlemenizi de siler. İşletim sistemi yedekleri etkinse bunları cihazınızın yedekleme ayarlarından ayrıca yönetin.

Destek yazışmaları talebinizi ele almak ve uygulanabilir hukuki yükümlülükleri karşılamak için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanır. Teknik sağlayıcıların günlükleri kendi politikalarına tabidir. Destek yoluyla paylaştığınız veriler için bilgi alma, erişim, düzeltme, silme veya uygulanabilir diğer haklarınıza ilişkin talebinizi info@lunamensis.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Talepler KVKK ve diğer uygulanabilir veri koruma kuralları kapsamında değerlendirilir. Silme işleminin yasal olarak sınırlandığı bir durum varsa gerekçesi açıklanır.

6. Çocuklar ve politika değişiklikleri

Papergami oyunculardan hesap açmasını, yaşını veya kimlik bilgilerini bildirmesini istemez. Bir çocuğun destek yoluyla gereksiz kişisel bilgi gönderdiğini düşünüyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin. Yeni bir veri işleme özelliği eklenirse bu politika güncellenir ve gereken bildirim veya izinler ilgili özellikten önce sunulur.

1. Scope and controller

This policy covers Papergami, its test versions and Papergami support. The controller is LUNA MENSİS GİYİM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Send privacy requests to info@lunamensis.com. Other Luna Mensis games have their own policies.

2. Game information stored on your device

Level progress, earned leaves, an unfinished game, tutorial and hint state, and language, sound, vibration and animation preferences are stored on your device. The web version uses browser site storage. These saves are not uploaded to a player server operated by us. There is no player account or cloud-save service operated by us.

This version contains no advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, third-party analytics SDK or advertising-tracking SDK. Players are not asked for a name, date of birth or contact information. The game does not require camera, microphone, contacts, photo-library or location permission.

3. The app, test versions and network services

Store app: Levels and artwork are included in the app. Playing does not require a connection to a player server. Expo over-the-air game updates are disabled in the production configuration prepared for store distribution; app updates are distributed through the stores. Apple and Google store, operating-system, backup and diagnostic services are governed by their settings and privacy policies.
Expo Go and test versions: Downloading, opening or updating a test may make requests to Expo services. Expo may process technical information such as IP address, device/operating system, app/runtime version, installation/update and error information as part of its services. This is separate from the locally stored game save. See Expo’s Privacy Policy.
Website: The web game and these pages are loaded from a server. Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to deliver and secure pages. We do not add advertising, analytics cookies or third-party tracking tools to Papergami pages.

4. When you contact support

We use your email address, message and any device information or screenshots you choose to send to answer your request. Remove unnecessary personal information from screenshots and do not send passwords or verification codes. Email, hosting and network providers may process the information needed to deliver support and technical services; this may include processing internationally.

5. Retention, deletion and your rights

Local game saves remain until you clear app data or delete the app. On Android, clear app data; on iOS, delete the app rather than only offloading it. For the web version, clear browser site data. These actions also erase progress. If operating-system backups are enabled, manage them separately through device backup settings.

Support correspondence is kept as necessary to handle your request and meet applicable legal duties. Technical providers’ logs follow their own policies. Send requests for information, access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights regarding information shared through support to info@lunamensis.com. Requests are assessed under Türkiye’s KVKK and other applicable data-protection rules. If a legal duty limits deletion, we explain the reason.

6. Children and changes

Papergami does not ask players to create accounts or provide their age or identity information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent unnecessary personal information through support. If a new data-processing feature is introduced, this policy will be updated and any required notice or consent will be provided before that feature is used.
